Michelle Bass, Vice-President at Alger-Triton, brings an established 10 year track record in both lighting and design to the Alger-Triton team. After studying Interior Design in Los Angeles and working in High End Residential design, she sought out a career that married both her love of design and passion for people. Some of her strengths include her knowledge and training in design styles, attention to detail and focus on customer relations. She has worked on many high profile projects around the world but believes that the relationships we build along the way are our biggest rewards.
KRISTINE ILETO | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Kristine serves as Studio-AT's Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general operations of the company. She oversees design development, engineering, project management and project coordination. She joined the company in early 2004, and through the years honed her skill and expertise in the lighting industry starting from being the lead CAD designer, Design Director, Senior Project Manager and eventually took over the role as COO. Prior to joining Alger-Triton, she was a practicing Interior Designer and backed by many accolades through her studies and careers in interior Design, Architecture and construction project management.
RICK COOLEY | PRINCIPAL
In the early 80's, Rick Cooley ventured to Southern California to continue his acting career. He met a gentleman who designed and manufactured custom decorative lighting for hotels and casinos. Rick started selling custom lighting to high end residential projects in Beverly Hills and then obtained the contract to renovate and restore the chandeliers at the historical Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. While enjoying a role on the hit TV series "Dynasty" Rick obtained the worldwide licensing rights to the show to develop a high end chandelier collection that would be marketed through designer showrooms. This led to the contract for Steve Wynn's original Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This solidified Rick's career in the gaming industry and for the past 22 years Rick has done most of the decorative lighting in all the prominent casinos in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Biloxi, Gulfport and California. Rick for the past 25 years has run sales, design, production, finance, delivery and installation overseeing 250 employees. Today Rick enjoys his successful relationship with Alger International, forming Alger-Triton International.
MISHEL MICHAEL | PRINCIPAL
Mishel Michael, Principal of Alger-Triton International, has successfully combined his passion for design and detail to contribute to his insightful achievements within the lighting industry. With acute sensitivity to detail, Mishel considers each project holistically and takes into consideration every aspect including cultural and social influences. The results have contributed to the growth of Alger-Triton International as the leading resource for lighting in the gaming and hospitality industries. In 2001, Mishel was inspired by a new generation of lighting as presented in Wired Designs to cater to a distinct clientele. Past installations comprise of some of the world's recognizable properties including Wynn Resorts, MGM Grand, Starwood Properties, Four Season's Hotels, Mandarin Oriental. Mishel graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Business Administration. Always aspiring for personal growth Mishel attends the Wharton School, Executive Education Program.
